anyone have experience with this machine im looking at a 2008
anyone run this machine?? sorry its a 2007 151 hrs 2 speed, ride control, hi flow no cab 19k
I haven't ever ran a 435 but I like the idea of the vertical lift. The price to me sounds good, if it's in good shape and think for the money you could always add a cab if you really need it. It has good options, two speed and ride control are awesome. Is it manual or hydraulic quick tach?
manual which is a draw back , im struggling with this machine or for another 5k (which i dont really have) a 420ct 3 ctl with 500 hrs from a rental shop , i know its apples and oranges ,, im trying to fill the gap of my bobcat 773 i just sold for 15k,, we use it for mostly moving trailers around the yard but it does go out for landscape rake and log loading at tree jobs
435 pics some pics
pics few more
It looks good in the pictures. I would say always go for the Series 3 machines but only you can run the numbers to see if the 420CT is worth it. PowerTan sure is pretty.
The 07 and older 435's I think are underpowered but coming from a 773 you would not likely notice. This machine has ride control, which is very nice to have. It also has high flow hyd. and a suspension seat, and the electrical connector which means it should have the deluxe control handles. Its pretty loaded, surprising it does not have a hyd coupler. It also looks to be in great shape. Pretty obvious atleast from pictures that it has been taken care of. I would demo and see how it works for you. The 08 models got a power increase, but if this does what you need it may not be an issue.
yes ksss i did see the 3 cyl to 4 cyl upgrade , i was trying for the 08 but it just wasnt around, either way i bought it,, i got it for 17500 but its on the other coast so shipping will hurt kinda curious why they didnt fit it with hyd coupler as well, excited to give it ago
Welcome to the PowerTan Club!
thanks stuvecorp but this is actually is my 6th case ,,,im down to a fiatallis track loader which im hoping is sold, and my Hyundai shovel which is new and ill probably own that color yellow in a wheel loader but a 521 would be nice
Nevermind then.
Looks like a nice unit. I don't change attachments very much so for me I would not worry about the manual quick attachment. But if you change often that could be an issue. Can you buy those aftermarket and install it yourself? John
The hyd. couper can be field installed.
im thinking it might be worth it to add it to this machine, but for now ill run it to see if i like it then maybe a cab/ hyd coupler upgrade,,
stuvecorp im almost done with a repaint on my 580sl so power tan " nose dust" is abundant lolol
well i the machine was delivered today, i dropped all the fluids and did a service , needs a new battery and a tire is screaming for attention other then that it seems to be in order and wow what a difference from the 773, i have a question thou how do you clean out the belly on this thing is has that west coast red clay packed in pretty tight there is a oil drain cover but really their isn't access
I am not overly familiar with the 435. However there should be several access panels under the belly. In addition to the oil access panel there should be at least one at the front of the machine on the under belly.
two smallish panels one for oil and the other in the middle of the machine , it kinda has gutters down each side of the machine but they dont drain any where strange,, well either way i got it clean ,(slowly) all that red west coast clay is out and she is starting to shape up , strong little bugger for a SS its on the job monday so we will put some hours on her and see what it has , thanks again for the help
loaded and ready:usa
:thumbsup Sure looks good!
Just wanting to know how the Case 435 is working out for you. Noticed in previous conversation it was a 3 cyl and was wondering if there were any problems with it and if there is difference with having the turbocharger. I'm currently looking at an 05 model. thanks
so far so good, had it on a job last week running a rake, it did a good job, abit thirsty but im comparing that to the 773 which never was empty,
It may not be as thirsty as it appears. The fuel tanks on the 400 series are on the small side. It may hold less fuel than your BC did. Your equipment looks real nice, very professional looking, NICE.
thanks ksss ,ive been trying to have an all case line up for years, the Hyundai 140lcd is the only hold out, maybe a cx160 in the future but not likely unless things get really really busy for 4 or 5 years, the 435 was a great step up from my BC but i have it up for sale to get into a ctl maybe a 445 or the newer tv? series once the wrinkles are ironed out, i had thought of a tv380 and a cx55 combo and trade the cx36 the 435 and the 550g but the $$$ doesn't add up and my machines are very low hours and paid for
So far I am really happy with my TR320. Its very capable, comfortable machine. My dealer will have a CX55 in this Spring sometime. I am going to demo it when it gets here.
