i have a 440ct series 3 my aux hydraulics run off foot pedal like the older series machines i have switches on my joysticks but they do nothing but i was around a series 3 machine the other day and it had no foot pedal and the owner said his aux run off his joysticks is there anyway to convert mine. i talked to the salesman at my local case dealer and he told me that he thought that all series 3 machines where joystick aux my machine has the electric plug up front by the aux hydraulics and a case drain if it matters but no high flow

Can you post some pics? I thought the aux was only run from the left joystick.

Actually I think it was an option to have the foot controls or electric over hydraulic.

You might be able to go through the parts break down on a site like Colemans Equipment and figure up what is needed for the swap. They have a great parts department also. Case CE also has good parts break downs but takes a little digging to get to them.

Are your control handles pilot or mechanical? If your control levers are mechanical, then you will need a new control valve, module, wiring, right joystick, ect. Not worth doing in my opinion. If you have pilot controls, then you will need new spool end caps for the valve, maybe a new right joystick, and a EH module, and some wiring in-between. Probably not worth doing either. With that being said, if you are hydraulic savvy, them you could probably rig up something else that would work. Perhaps 2 end caps and a pilot valve.

The real option was the joy stick controls. If you want to change over then check with your local dealer to see if they might still be able to get the field service kit for the joy stick control option.

There still should be a kit to go from foot control to hand control for loader and bucket.
