I have an older 79? case 450, the input shaft going to the rear bearings blew like 50 caliber roundballs. Where do I start? what am i looking at for work?
Start with taking stock of your mechanical skills....... you have basic mechanic skills and the patience needed for major mechanical work? Do you own more than a hammer and a screwdriver? If you answer is yes than buy a service manual and start in. Case parts breakdown is online at CNH wesite. Good luck
