I own a Case 580 sl series 2 backhoe. It Idles fine but can get only 1500 rpms. It Slowly slowed down over the winter. Anyone have any suggestions as to why or how to fix the issue?
When's the last time fuel filters were changed? Air filter? Fuel tank checked for contamination?
