I'm working on a Case 580 super e backhoe that has lost forward on the shuttle. I'm pretty sure that the piston seal for the forward clutch pack is toast, but i got some odd pressure readings and just wanted to check with some more experienced people that i am on the right track before i pull the shuttle. So on the top test port i got Forward 0psi neutral 0psi reverse 100-125psi. and at the lower test port for the torque converter forward 35psi neutral 35psi reverse 30psi idle but dropped to 20-25 as i put some revs on. I'm a bit stumped as to why i have no pressure in neutral. If anyone can think of anything i have overlooked i would appreciate the advice.
