Got the case in the lake, and after the oil and filter change, Ran fine after oil change until I drove it, and oil light came on. There is no oil in the filter?

Too vague a question. The thread title says no oil pressure. How long did it run before you found the empty oil filter ? Is the required amount of oil in the motor ? What is the dipstick reading ? Sounds like an oil pump failure or it's pickup screen is plugged.
after changing oil it is good practice to unplug the fuel solenoid and turn the engine over until the oil pressure lamp goes out. ( filling the filter with oil before installing helps as well ). Then start the engine.
Or the pick up tube is broken.

How much water got in the engine?what did it look like when you drained it? How was oil pressure?
