Hello, Does anyone have or know a source for a G34941 hydraulic valve assembly spool swing valve . My current one has a broken lower snap ring seat! It is item #3 in attached diagram!

Those spools are precision ground to fit the bore. Maybe you already are going to, but the entire section should be replaced. It is probably worth trying to trade the spools in the valve and see if it will hold a load.
