Hello.Thanks for taking the time to read hopefully someone can help.580E whom ever never put oil in and fried the bearings.Wore the case out and i had a sleeve made and everything was going fine.I can not get the case back on.Does the lower gear that has the shaft to go to the front driveshaft have to come out of the cover to assemble?If so how does it come out i really do not see anything holding it in.I know they do not call it a transfer case but only thing i see it can be called where it switches 2 wheel to 4 wheel by pulling the lever.Thanks hopefully someone knows these well.
