After putting dirty fuel in, drained and flushed tank and changed filters but still won't start. Good fuel flow before injector pump but none after. Any ideas?
Did you change the in-line filter ? Did you clean the banjo bolts in the fuel lines.

Check and make sure you are getting voltage to fuel shutoff solenoid at IP
There’s a screen filter under the inlet..(3/4 wrench) remove it and blow it out.. lube the oring and retighten..
