Case 580sk 4 in 1 issue

Gday all,i am hoping someone may be able to point me in the right direction,problem is 4 in 1 creeps closed fairly quickly then when I roll the bucket it flops open,except for this it operates in both directions,any info appreciated...cheers James...

    Likely one of the cylinders has dropped the piston retaining bolt, either loosened off or broken. Sit the bucket on the ground & remove the top pins, if you can then move one of the rods by hand, that'll be the crook one.

    Thanks alrman,will do that in the morning...if that's the case will probably have to buy another cylinder all parts be damaged? Cheers James

    Sometimes you can get lucky, but you won't know till you pull it apart.
