Case 821b loader

Hi guys I have a new to us case 821b. It was working great serviced the the entire machine. We found a little water in the transmission not much but it had some. Well we have put around 200 hrs on it since and all of a sudden it won’t move. So far Iv tested all of the cutout switches good voltage. Brake switch was good. Brake pressure seems good. Cleaned all of the grounds. Nothing seems to help. Does anyone have any knowledge on these machines. It has 7890 hrs.

Get a pressure gauge on transmission valve. Water in trans from cooler or added with oil ,

Hi there, Here are the test points, also check the fuses, the ZF ECM and shift lever are rather famous for wiring failure in the column. With finding water in the transmission sump, definitely find out where that comes from. found a 721 that the relief was stuck due to water corrosion (stuck open, no pressure) Hope this helps, good luck.

And just to add a short story about water in transmission, went to a customer (who's identity will remain a secret, but you know who you are......Carl) who had so much water in the transmission sump that it covered the pickup. Parked outside, -30C. When it froze, lost all pressure. That torque converter was a beautiful shade of blue when I pulled it apart.

How was pressures! I have transmission electrical Tester,I built when with case but don not remember if b models have 6 pin connection at solenoids If so will check tranmission gear shifts independent of trans controller shifter ect
