have a case 830 tractor with eagle claw 1964 year I am guessing, the hydraulics are not pumping no fluid to the lines that pumps up the rear cylinder that raises & lowers the eagle claw. Have taken off the pump located just above pto , everything looks good but can not get to prime fluid through lines. pump was working perfect on other tractor but will not prime up. A lot of the fluid drained out of the hydraulic cylinder could this cause a problem? should I have to fill the cylinder before trying to pump up? Thanks for any advice
