my blade collapses to one side only when pushing anything could this just be the cylinder or is the pump bad and not holding pressure it will go back when commanded to with the leaver
Air in the line will do that. bad seal on the piston face, or worn out valve could also. Be sure the valve spool is spring centering to where it should. If the return spring was busted or the spool back cap starting to unscrew it would let the spool shift over and unblock the vent passage.
Had this problem with a 850G.....it was in the valve body. Put it back on and 5 hrs later same problem...pulled it and the shop fixed it ...no charge but was out the time and labor.
Is there a visible leak on the cyl. on the side that collapsed?
