the controller not working. has red and green light on.machine works in redundant mode. what should i look for

Have you done any welding on this machine by chance or jump starting ,also you will have a fuse for the controller also check no corrosion in the terminal pins
no but may have been before i got it.just trying to track down issuses. it functions on bypass.will try to find controller if it needs one. the power light and ready light are on.
