Hi folks. I have my fuel shutoff solenoid disconnected but am having trouble fishing it out from behind the injector pump. Any one run into this? Is there a way to get it out short of removing the injector pump? Appreciate any help, thanks
Welcome to HEF Miggy41mag! They will come out without removing the pump. It has to go out under the pump. You will need to remove the engine oil feed line & fitting, also the pump support bracket. There is little jiggling of the solenoid required & it just falls out. It doesn't look like there is enough room for it to happen, but there is just enough. :thumbsup
OI! And how does one get it back up in there? LOL :tong
Super helpful alrman, thanks so much!
