Hi guys hope you can help me i generally work on cars and trucks but i have been asked to fix a case cx130 excavator with a fault on the dash that just says alternator and beeps at the operator. I have tested the alternator a nikko 40a 24v no.2d09 it has 27v showing on both the red and blue exiter wires and the batteries are being charged infact the only fault is the beeping and warning on the electronic dash in the cab. I have tried to test for continuity between the dash and the alternator but i beleive it may go via the ecu and i dont have a wiring diag so i am hoping some of you guys can point me in the right direction. thanks in advance
