    Sounds like a bad ground.

Check all grounds and cleaned them

You need to know what voltage you have at the batteries before you crank, and during the crank. That alone will say a lot about what may be the issue. I would check the voltage both ways at the starter myself.

Trying to talk to someone at my local dealers is hopeless they don't know anything the one mechanic i talked to don't work at dealer anymore he's on his own and impossible to talk with him cuz he's to busy that's all he did was skid loaders

I use a battery load tester to check things like this. They are less than $100 at a good auto parts store.

I know its not the battery it has a brand new caterpillar battery

Put the load tester on the battery terminal at the starter. load test there with the tester and record result. Leave the tester hooked up and hit the starter and record that. If your dropping under 10.5 volts when the starter is engaged you more than likely have a terminal, cable, or connection issue. If the reading is above that, then it will be the starter motor or engine drag. Sometimes, depending on what has failed in the starter, it will get hot fast and draw a lot of current quickly. You can use the load tester for troubleshooting the system.

Welcome to the wonderful world of skid steers! Impossible to get to is a regular occurrence here!

Sorry Al, that looks pretty grim to troubleshoot without a Laptop. I guess you could start by pulling the grey round cap off the diagnostic port to the front right of the cab and see if you have 60 Ohms between pins C and D 1054 - Timeout of CAN message engine temperature, 5 seconds without message Context: CAN bus communications between modules on the data link have been lost. This fault code may be displayed with other CAN bus fault code messages. Cause: CAN bus communications between modules on the data link have been lost. Possible failure modes: CAN data link wiring or circuits open. CAN data link wiring or circuits shorted. Faulty CAN Data Link device. Faulty instrument cluster. Faulty ECU.
