   Thanks, it is under warranty, they can’t find the problem as its intermittent

   No, I usually always have to go back and open the back door and toggle the red switch that is like a battery disconnect

   How often does it do this? It sounds to me like there is an electrical connection problem. I would locate the power connections starting at the battery. It could be a lose ground or a ground that has paint around the contact point (seen that before). The fact you have to hard reset the machine by turning the main power on and off may mean the contact to the CPU is has a connection issue. It would seem if the dealer ran it until it failed and then start diagnosing the issue would make it easier to find.
