Case TR320 – Throttle issue

During start up and for approx. 15-20 minutes after start. The throttle does not work, engine just idles... It appears after the engine warms up, the throttle will just start working. Is there a sensor that allows the throttle to work or is it a wire harness issue? Thank you,

    Once it is warm, take the throttle handle and run it up and down and it sets the throttle.

    Thank You. Approx how many times do you run the Throttle up and down to set it? Or just move throttle from Idle to Full throttle until it works?

    Usually a couple times. This calibrates the hand throttle and the foot throttle.
