A week ago blown hose to left track motor Lift cab by undo hoses lift bucket with excavator and lock to lift cab to look for leak 1)DID PRESSURE WASH DIRT OIL may be water in a connector Start after oil refill to figure which hose Let back down and load on trailer back to workshop repair Fixed hose refill with oil and start up Worked for about 5 minutes macanic did change some settings Worked so loaded on truck We went to use it the next day Unloaded of the truck goes for about 10 minutes you hop in cab sit on seat and the safety bar icon flashes non stop and brake light ON a)sit on seat flash flash 2 Green and the bar icon b) bought a new sensor for the safety bar use a washer to activate flash flash flash NO CHANGE to issue $106 later We took the bar out to gain better access to the sensor c) connect seat belt flash flash 1 bolt in metal bracket to hold it in place yes 2 bolts in sensor to this plate the washer works tricks sensor thinking bar down Thinking a broken wire ??? THEN after isolating battery for a period of time turn back on Enter cab do the above and STARTS Rippa go for a drive bounce over some bumps put buck up down turn around enter fast mode etc etc thinking you have a win the BANG STOPS and the flashing safety bar icon flashes again THere are these 2 flashing also Green Power Top left then the operate bottom right both flash so there are 3 icons flashing Seems to be a time factor of about 6 minute cycles repeat wait wait the away you go again When going lift off seat quickly the bar light comes on sit back down goes out Have had the code pop up oporp sorry not at machine now but did find earlier has something to do with the safety bar So tomorrow will be running the heat gun over connections and fuse block to eliminate the pressure wash yet the boss has done this man times no problems Hoping my long winded ramble explains it enough
Update went out this morning boss jumped in and for the past 4 hours working No fault Conclusion must have been some moisture in wiring and has dried out since the pressure wash ten days ago to clean out dirt oil when the hose to drive motor blew hose So more pressure washing did find post's on net advising not to
Well back again doing it again so off to the workshop after checking all fuses blowing air in around fuse boxes spraying a can of water repellent around connections no change will go for varied amounts of time Will let you all know what is found after the weekend either goes or a box of matches will help As said above get the OPRR code then on occasion the yellow info icon comes up Would love to find a list of the error codes have searched net but nothing out there

Thank you for codes only one that techie saw was 1004 to do with filter maybe because of the blown hose loosing alll the oil fixing said hose and refill sturd up rubbish to filter would this 1004 cause the safety bar icon flashing and brake light operate icon problem we had as said before information only known by CASE and they keep it a secret and yes we will be changing the filter even though fault gone machine operating perfect for how long ..............
