The track adjuster is fully colapsed grease can be pushed thru the zerk and the nipple when it is off but I can't get the adjuster to move when put together

Okay, you have pulled the tapered pointy ended check valve out, that's what you're calling the nipple yeah? Must be stuck good. If you can get your hands on a portapower pump, you might try connecting it up where the zerk threads in, should be 1/8" pipe. Stand around in front of the idler though as these pumps will go up to 10,000 psi. I would pump it up a little at a time and reach up and shock the cylinder with a small hammer along the length of it to see if it will start moving. If it doesn't move, cease and desist with the hammer and stand well back from the exposed cylinder as you bring the pressure up as it may decide to fracture and throw shrapnel before the piston moves. If you decide to try this, please be careful, gloves, glasses, face shield strongly suggested.

Thanks. I removed the adjuster tried pulling it apart with my excavator had to put heat on it to get it apart
