Cat 211LC pattern swap

i have an 80s cat 211, yeah the cat with a perkins. thing is a pile. but what makes it even worse is the controls are backwards! ive never done a control swap before im not sure where is best to do it? i thought about pulling the hoses at the controls, but id have to buy atleast 2 because they wouldnt be long enough. looking at the valves im still kind of unsure, i need to swap 4 pilot hoses on the valves? i have no book on this machine. anyone ever done it on one of these? thanks.
