Hi when the hydraulic oil warms up the excavator doesn't swing anymore. We have tried to replace the solenoid but now when the solenoid is connected to the power it's not turning anymore but when we tried disconnecting the solenoid power it is possible to swing the excavator. Also we measured the voltage on the connector it's reading 26.6v isn't it supposed to be 24v?
It will be at system voltage which could be 27 volts when running. Are you unplugging the swing brake solenoid. It should not swing when you unplug it. Brake on.
Hi thanks for the info. We got it to work by replacing the solenoid with the travel speed motor solenoid. I think it wasn't working before because we might have used the wrong solenoid.
The problem is coming back when the hydraulic oil and solenoid is getting hot it feels like it's wanting to stop swinging.

Check the pilot pressure in the small line to the brake solenoid. If that's ok then you will probably need to take the swing motor off and get it inspected.
