A friend has a Cat 225D that bogging down when he tries to move a control or travel. He seems to think it is a turbo problem giving him loss of power. Exhaust color doesn't change. I told him it sounded like a fuel issue. He says he changed all the filters. I am not familiar with the 225. Do those engines have any screens in the fuel system to look out for ? Anything in the transfer pump? Thanks !
