Hey Guys , i bought this machine and kinda got taken blind a bit. machines aux hydraulics did not work when i got it, i wasnt interested in figuring out the joystick thumb wheel and or the ecm being my issues. i bypasssed the switch and ecm on a 12 volt switch for forward flow and reverse flow , now i have standard flow . that being said , how does the high flow electrical work? is there 2 solenoids for forward and reverse high flow. i see a block on the right hand side starring at the skid steer a solenoid attached aswell, is there just a booster blocvk with a signal solenoid to create more flow or how does that system work? serial number is cat0226bpmjh08815
I'll send you the electrical schematic. Check your PMs. Do you have an Operation & Maintenance Manual that will explain a lot about the controls.? It will also have a mine of useful maintenance information.
you say you bypassed the switch and ecm for forward and reverse flow..... what switch were u referring to? the thumbwheel switch?
