04 cat has no power when lifting from a pile i hear a noise comimg from the right control area thumping but it barely lifts. Also when driving once and a while i hear a thump from the right side almost like something unlocking , if i drive into a pile of dirt and start to spin it makes this thumping hydro noise faster and more frequent any help would be great thanks
The pump drive couplings have been known to fail on these but usually they just quit driving and lifting all together. The hyd control valve is on the right side but that won't thump when under drive load . Would be nice to hear what the thump sounds like. One mans thump could be another mans chatter.
