Hi I installed the ride control kit on a 259D3 CW912569 s\n but there is nothing in ET to activate and nothing on the instructions about activation almost like the ECM is supposed to be smart enough to detect when it's plugged in but it's not working the slider to adjust the activation speed is greyed out any help is appreciated thanks
What Part Number of kit did you install.? Did you have the installation instructions.? Maybe the software in the machine ECM might require updating if the "Ride Control System Installation Status" parameter is not showing in the Machine ECM Configuration screen. Can you upload an Adobe pdf copy of the ET Product Status Report so we can take a look.?
