recently bought this machine. hydraulics good and strong, but when you are traveling either direction and you slow any side down machine slows a lot, move handles all the way and travels resumes good in high or low. is this condition normal?? also when you pause travel alarm should you have to press the button each time you move the levers again or should it cancel alarm till you press the button again?? thanks.
also this machine is lighter than the 304c, what kind of heavy objects have you picked up with a 304e, rating is a confusing 3500 pounds and different at radius and heights?
The travel speed reduction is normal ops for that machine as you described. Also, yes, the travel alarm silence function is voided every time you let go of the travel levers. Must be reset every time you move the levers.

got the thumb in today, its stamped 3000 psi for cylinder. anyone check their aux valve pressure and where do you set it?
