Cat 304E2 goes to idle while traveling and fuel filter level problem..

I have a 2017 Cat 304E2 that goes to idle after about 4 seconds while traveling. It does this in auto idle or not. I can touch any other control when it goes to idle, and the RPM's go back to where I have the throttle set and then back to idle in another 4 seconds. Also, about once a week the level will be low in the fuel filter. I'll bleed the air out and it's good for another week. No leaks that I can find anywhere. Any suggestions appreciated. Clint
