How do you access the blower motor to replace? I’m thinking the seat has to get moved but before I did that I’m checking if anyone has any knowledge of this?
If you can post your serial number, one of the members here will likely supply complete removal and replacement instructions.
If the cab is similar to our 321DL, which I think it is, then yeah the seat has to come out. PITA Like Columbo said post up a serial # as there are many 308 variants out there.
