Arm in is too fast but arm out is slow
good day Do you have a hydraulic schematic for the machine ? KR Uffex
No brother,do you have?

Ask Granville or nurse Gladys
Thanks for your support but i can't understand the hydraulic schematic.can you suggest me briefly
I will come back to you in a short while KR Uffex
Good day A simple solution to slow arm in would be to plug port al5 that would prevent the second pump increasing the speed by adding additional flow. Speeding up arm out is a little more tricky, not so easily achieved without experiment and cost, and that is your decision to explore other options. Don't worry about understanding the diagram, but keep a copy you may need it in the future (better than a manual). Kind regards Uffex
It sounds like the hoses to the arm cylinder need to be swapped.
I wonder what control pattern is set on it at the moment.? And additionally it would be interesting to know if the excavator responds the way it is supposed to (in other words regarding which joystick operates what function) based on the set control pattern.
Good day Curious as to why you find arm in fast are you working with a special application? Kind regards Uffex
The pattern changer was removed by the previous owner. Now there is no pattern changer
Please check the four patterns that were shown in the attachment I posted above. Can you confirm on which pattern the machine operates and is every function correct as per the pattern.? In other words do the controls do what they are supposed to do whichever pattern the machine has.? I am wondering if, when the pattern changer was removed by the former owner, that the pilot line routings somehow got screwed up.
Now it is in D pattern operation and every functions are correct as D pattern
