I have one of the above, the track has come off and I can't find the master pin... Anybody help? Thanks

    It could be an aftermarket track without a master. But you can get it on without splitting it, ask around if you want help from a experienced operator iff you cant manage it yourself.

    If its stock, the master more than likely has a dimple in the end of it. As Per stated above, if you back off the idler you should be able to get it back on, I have done it many times. Did it throw it to the outside or inside? Good luck.

    Tracks are aftermarket stock, and there is a dimple in every pin!! Track has been thrown to the outside and is still on (just) at the sprocket end. Looks like seal has gone in idler. Tried to get it back on without splitting but as machine is 10' high on a pile of rubble did not have much luck

    Of course, well they never come off in a easy spot. Is there any other iron on the job that can help. Even if you find the master chances are your gonna have to limp off the pile anyway. If there is nothing else on the job to help, once your off the pile block the machine up on that side and do it yourself with chains and the bucket. Reseal the track adjuster first while its easy to get to, simple to do. Keep us posted.
