I’m working on a cat 320e excavator and over the past month it started to swing slow. We have replaced 3 cat harness, the idler pump/motor, swing motor, all hydraulic filters, swing brake solenoid. Also checked pressures on port 1,2&3 and have 3400 to 3600psi. Have no codes. I’m lost please help.
