We have a Cat 320L. One of the operators said it would get warm, so I jumped up there and popped the top and found out the neck on the radiator had blown off! Pulled the radiator and had it repaired and cleaned, re-installed it and fired it up and it rev to max rpm. I tried moving the rpm knob and hit the button on the joystick, but nothing. I then smelled antifreeze so I looked in the engine compartment and it looks like the water pump is leaking. Where do I start with the revving? Thank you for the time
