Has anyone experienced Cat 321C LCR boom cracks at boom end
Do you need a repair procedure..? There's nothing for 321 but I've found one for 320 that would most likely work. Any chance that you can post a couple of photos showing the general idea of the crack location..? You may have to do a couple of "test posts" beacuse IIRC you need a minimum of 3 posts before you can attach photos or send Private Messages (PMs).
I'm pretty sure the 321, uses the same or very similar boom to the 320, which is kind of notorious in our area for severe cracking around the boom cylinder eyes, and just up from the boom base. , they are also known for cracking around a baffle plate which usually entails cutting one side or the other off the boom for proper repair.
