Does anyone know where the valves to shut off the cab heater core are located on a 328 D LCR? A/c works but the heat won't shut off with the control panel. Thanks.
They are usually placed on the engine. Both should be around the water pump area. Just find where the 2 rubber hoses go onto brass fittings that thread into the block
Open up the hood. With the hood open stand facing the rear of the machine. The radiator will be on your right. Just to the left of the radiator at the same level as the top of the engine you'll find the alternator and the aircon compressor. Look directly under the alternator and you should find 2 hoses that come from the front of the machine. Follow those 2 hoses to the engine block and you will find each of them has a valve. Those 2 valves are what you need to close.
