My 345 BL not walking and swinging only functining part is engine. Is it due to the dirt inside hydraulics? We have checked for pump pressure which shows 5K psi. What else may cause this problem? Any response is appreciated. Cheers, Annaly

hi all.. Usually it caused of solenoid travel brake or swing brake is not active and or pressure oil to release brake lower than spec. To activate travel or swing brake release solenoid, hyd controler need signal from pres switch. Pres switch activated by oil from joy stick or travel pedal. Thanks i hope this information usefully
Gents thanks for the comments. One more thing regarding this issue is once start playing with joystick the pressure drops suddenly to zero, is it normal? May be this will also help to identify the root cause. As i owe this machine recently i'm not familiar with it. Appreciate your help.
normally pilot press always standby about 750 psi to shift spool on control valve and activated pres switch. Did your rpm raise up when you move travel pedal or joystick for swing
Rafi, there is no change in rpm while moving joystick or travel pedal. Always the engine runs as idle regardless of moving joystick
check your activation solenoid at pilot bank, activation valve allow pilot oil flow from pump to joystick. You can sweap solenoid or energize solenoid with direct power from battery. How about others implement ?
