Had my cylinder resealed, now have some power steering to the left, however wheels will not turn to right! You can-turn wheels to the left will Not turn back to straight. You can let go of steering wheel when tires are turned left, drive forward they will almost straighten up, will not move with steering wheel, will not turn past straight. Steering wheel bumbs when trying To turn wheels? Help!
