2005 BLN11341. My parking brake feels like it’s adjusted all the way out, and the pads appear to be in decent shape. The cam seems to be operating as it should. Cable just isn’t getting quite tight enough. The handle-side cable looks to have enough room to tighten another inch worth of travel, but the mechanism feels bottomed out. Is there any further adjustments I can make?

Yes it did. Brake holds well now.
