When you work the switch to release the bucket you can here the hydraulics working but no oil is going to cylinder and we have checked before the cut off valve and no oil there either.
Do you have the manual valve on the backside of the coupler turned horizontal ? It must be horizontal to activate the pins on the coupler.
We have the valve in horizontal but have no oil coming down to the valve.
There are 2 fuse panels inside the right console. On the lower panel, check the fuse in location 1 - it's the on highest corner of the lower fuse panel.
All fuses are good but i dont know about the relays or if there is a relay that works the bucket.
I assume you have an IT machine ? Try holding the switch on the dash while activating the aux hydraulic thumb lever or roller on the loader controller.
