With those symptoms it sounds as though a resolver (shuttle) valve is sticking or malfunctioning. Do a forum search in the backhoe loader section for the word "resolver". You should find multiple hits that between them should contain all the information you need. If you require parts information specific to your Serial Number then please come back and ask.
