Hello, I have a problem with the transmision on the wheel loader. In fact, 1. and 3. gears are in function but 2. gear is not in function. ET shows regular current on solenoid switch 1-6. Replaced all the required sensors. We checked all modulation valves but nothing. If someone has a helpful tip that tells me.
Check the pressure of the number 2 clutch, if there is no pressure, swap the modulation valve from clutch 1 or 3 with the valve for 2. If the problem stays with the number 2 clutch, try running the harness for another clutch which is working, too the number 2 clutch to rule out the harness.
If ET says the current is normal then you are electrically okay but a solinoids valve may have a mechanical problem. Try to get a gauge on the clutch ans see if it's holding pressure at low idle. Then check the filter. Later Bob
