i have a cat 950H and the fan dose not spin at idle. when you rev the machine up and the pressure from the pump hits 2,000 psi the fan cuts on and the pressure drops to almost 250 psi and the fan is still running. once the fan stops the pressure sits at 1,000 psi. we changed the fan control manifold black and the accumalators and still no change.
