I have no codes and all fuel filters have been replaced. Loader is working fine then dies and wont start. it wants to start but you can tell its a fuel issue. replaced the fuel control valve. fired right up no problem. this has happened 3 times now and i cant seem to find the cause of why these valves are crapping out on me. fuel is clean and free from debris. ay help would be appreciated guys thanks.

Have you looked at the fuel tank yet and drained any water, etc, that might be in it.?

Which valve are you referring to.? The fuel rail pressure relief valve.? If yes, was an OEM or aftermarket part insatlled.? How many hours are on the machine/engine right now.?

about 11500 hours and no not the pressure relief valve. this valve is on the high pressure pump

358-2586 is the part number im suspecting a wiring issue or ecm. in the process of looking for the wiring and and pin info to check continuity

At those hours it would not be unusual for the fuel system components to be degrading due to wear. Normally the sequence of parts replacement for a "no start" condition is the following: - 1. Fuel rail pressure relief valve. 2. A set of injectors. 3. HP fuel pump. There is a choice of new or Reman. Personally I think you're looking in the wrong place. I would suggest you need to get ET hooked up to the machine and look cloesely at what the fuel system pressures are doing during cranking.
