Cat 955L keeps shifting back into nuetral

I have a Cat 955L my problem is it keeps shifting back into nuetral, do I need a Heavier spring?

    Is the gear selection lever jumping back to neutral, or is the transmission neutralizing itself with no movement of the shift lever.? A Serial Number might help.
