    Is the park brake releasing?

Your OP is a bit difficult to decipher...... What were the "minor repairs" that you refer to after which the loader wouldn't move..? I take it that it was moving before those repairs, correct..? Do you have any electronic diagnostic codes..? Has a full pressure test of the transmission and torque converter been done and if so what were the results..?

there were a few o rings replaced on one of the pumps. We have a different transmission in it. just check voltage comming out of computer and at the solenoids are to low. just got done talking to cat we need 12 volts. so have a new computer laying around we going to install and cat going to program it. everything else is fine. just low voltage. all pressures are fine.

You said in your first post you already changed the computer. You should have a 24 volt system.

yes its a 24 volt system. but the selnoids are suppose to receive 12 volts from them computer and we were only receving 6.3v. cat is here now. programming and testing

The solenoid valve coil is rated at 12V nominal but will work on any voltage between 10.7 and 14.5V. The stabilised voltage supplied to the clutch solenoid valves is generated internally within the Powertrain Control module. It'll be interesting to see what is the result of all the testing.

Cat came tested it all out. he got here at 4am and left at 5 pm. he was scratching his head all day. long story short we spent $400 for new Solenoids and valves dropped them in, calibrated the computer and the thing is running around with no problems now. Now the operators are fighting over on running it. lol
