CAT 980 H Wheel Loader gear is not shifting mechanically and automatically. There was active codes about solenoid calibration and fixed. Now only payload is active error. Gear is not shifting 2nd to 3rd and 4th.
Just a guess, but with a payload error this machine probably limits you to the lower gears, thinks you have too much weight on it?
Can you try turning the Payload system off and see if that fixes the problem..? Also it's possible something could have happened to set the transmission gear limit to "1". Does the machine shift above 1st speed in reverse..? What's the machine Serial Number prefix..?
