cat 980g transmission

Can anyone tell me what size the threads are for the lifting points on a cat 980g series 2 transmission thanks

    Nothing in the D&A manual says anything about what thread they are, but the rest of the fasteners on the case are all inch size threads so it's a fair bet that the threaded holes in the case for the lifting point are the same (UNC) threads.

    the 2 in the drop box are 3/4 im fairly certain.... and a sling choked off around the torque converter with a come-along works good. Make sure rear of engine is supported!

    Thanks, it was 3/4 in front end and 5/8 on top. Both unc.
