We have a 93-94 Cat D3C (lever steering) that won’t turn when you pull the right lever. If you jerk it a couple of times there’s a loud bang and it releases. The right lever also seems to have less resistance. Just guessing it’s the brake bands making the pop when it releases. Last time it did this I sprayed all the linkage with PB blaster and it quit. Is there a valve or solenoid sticking?
