I have a D4E that has hardly no power at either track. One side died before other. Any ideas? Thanks

Sounds like steering clutch adjustment time. What have you done to investigate?

How do you check adjustment? Looks like rods just hit a control valve.

First check hydraulic pressure going to the relief valve on the top of the hydraulic control valve. Minimum pressure needs to be 230 psi to operate the steering clutches.

Here are the linkage settings and adjustments. If adjustments and pressure are good, look for binding in the linkage that would cause residual pressure from the booster. I suspect you have a combination of binding and clutch pack wear that is not allowing full engagement of the steering clutches.
